\"\"<\/strong>Cl\u00f4d loves impactful, regenerative projects and people. Whether as an interim manager, innovation coach or simply as a facilitator of change, her sphere of activity is diverse and creative.<\/p>\n

She has a lot of experience as a founder and CEO and has a huge toolbox of methods. Her services range from Human Centered Design, Service Design Thinking, Co-Creation, Design Thinking and Design Sprints to the support and implementation of innovation.<\/p>\n

A particular focus of her work is on the empowerment and networking of women, crowdfunding and thinking about things in new and different ways.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Johannes Gutmann<\/h3>\n<\/div>

Johannes loves the challenge of the human psyche. As a psychotherapist (systemic family therapy) specializing in children and adolescents and a long-time teacher at schools for disadvantaged young people, he has already gained a great deal of experience in this field. It is particularly important to him to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical and hands-on manner. Through numerous internships, he has also gained a great deal of insight into clinical work, accompanying patients in crisis and also into the creation of teaching content.<\/p>\n

But apart from all this, Johannes focuses on the person as a whole, which is also very clear in his work, in order to offer him guidance, especially in the psychological, social and emotional areas.<\/p>\n

All his accumulated experience gives him the necessary tools to understand complex relationships and, on this basis, to successfully develop strategies to provide optimal support to individuals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
